Room Rates 2012

All room prices are in Euros and are per night. The price includes continental breakfast.

High Season is Easter, 17th June to 11th September, New Year & All Feria days & weekends.

There is a 10 euro supplement per room for all single night stays during the High season.

Cottage      The cottage is self contained and there is a minimum of four nights let during the High season. The rate is 150 euros per night or 1000 euros per week.

Low Season  All other times of the year

Cottage     The cottage is self contained and there is a minimum let of two nights in the low season. The rate is 125 euros per night or 850 euros per week. Payments can be made by Multibanco, credit card, cheque or cash. Deposits are required to secure your booking and we ask for 50% of the total booking cost, to be paid by bank transfer. For cancellations, 5% of the deposit will be retained in order to cover our costs.  Cancellations less than 7 days notice will incur a 50% charge and if less than 48 hours notice is given, then the full deposit will be retained.  For last minute bookings, we ask that guests pay upon arrival.
